Outseer will be conducting scheduled maintenance in the EU region from Sunday, July 6, 2025, through Sunday, Jul 13, 2025. Maintenance activities will occur each Sunday between 06:00 AM and 10:00 AM UTC during this period.
Purpose of Maintenance
This maintenance supports our initiative to upgrade transaction routing by replacing the existing legacy firewall with the Microsoft Azure Application Gateway, for Fraud Manager on Cloud.
What’s Changing?
The Azure Application Gateway offers a fully managed, modern solution that enhances performance, reliability and operational manageability. It also introduces advanced features such as Mutual TLS (mTLS) support and eliminates the need for routine firewall maintenance.
Required Actions
As previously communicated during the ARM migration last year, please ensure the following IP address is whitelisted in your proxy settings:
