Outseer will be performing scheduled maintenance in our UAT Region (testing environment) between 07:00 and 11:00 AM UTC on Sunday, March 22, 2026,
for the deployment of a new version, 14.2.31, of Fraud Manager on Cloud.

During this maintenance window, customers may experience a 5-10% intermittent SLA degradation for BackOffice and Online transactions from 07:00 to 09:00 AM UTC.
