Outseer will be performing scheduled maintenance on Sunday, Jan 29th between 07:00 UTC – 11:00 UTC in our US Region. Our teams will be preparing the database infrastructure for our pending ARM migration. During this maintenance window it is expected that Customers will experience several service impacts for online transactions lasting 4-7 minutes in duration, and not more than 30 minutes in aggregate during the maintenance window.
Our operations team will be closely monitoring service performance during this maintenance window.
