As previously advised, we will be performing Network Infrastructure Changes within the production instance of Outseer Fraud Manager Cloud. These changes are now being scheduled for the US Production instance. We will be making these changes over the period of 13th October to 31st January. Each customer will be contacted individually by Outseer Customer Support to advise of the specific date and time that the change will occur for their instance of Outseer Fraud Manager Cloud, but it will be within this overall period.
