Outseer will be performing scheduled maintenance in our US Region datacenters between 06:00 UTC to 12:00 UTC on 25-sept-2022.

During this time, our teams will be performing Database Maintenance Activity. You may experience periods of service disruption for 5 – 25 minutes several times during this window. The disruptions may impact online transactions, Back Office, and Case Management. Our teams are working to minimize the disruptions, and quickly work through these critical updates.

The updates are preparing our network infrastructure and greatly expanding our Cassandra capacity to provide a more stable and robust service. You can learn more about these updates from our Product Advisory (FMCA-Maint Notification FMC Network Chan (force.com) that we sent on May 17th. You should also have received an email for your Fraud Manager on Cloud instance, with specific instructions regarding these network infrastructure changes.

Our team will be closely monitoring service performance during this period and will react quickly to any disruptions we encounter.
