Outseer will be performing unplanned maintenance in our US Region datacenters between 07:00 UTC and 11:00 UTC on Friday, Feb 3.
During this time, our teams will be deploying additional resources and capacity into the datacenters in our US Region. Customers should expect intermittent times of slower performance and possible transaction timeouts for 5-10% of online transactions. These timeouts may last for approximately 3 – 5 minutes each, and not more than 60 minutes in aggregate during this maintenance window.
Our team will be closely monitoring service performance during this period.
