Due to an unexpected internal issue, we are currently unable to proceed with today's scheduled maintenance activities. We will plan these activities in upcoming maintenance window.

Outseer will be performing scheduled maintenance in our EU Region between 02:00 - 06:00 UTC on Sunday, Mar 24, 2024, for the deployment of a new version 14.2.22 of Fraud Manager on Cloud.

During this maintenance window we are also updating security certificates, customers may experience 5-10% intermittent SLA degradation for BackOffice and Online transactions from 03:00 to 05:00 AM UTC.

Our operations team will be closely monitoring service performance during this maintenance window.
