Outseer will be conducting planned maintenance on Sunday, Aug 11th, 2024 between 06:00 AM UTC and 10:00 AM UTC in our US Environment. During this period, our team will perform maintenance on several virtual machines. Customers may experience intermittent timeouts or SLA degradation (less than 2% for 1 – 2 minutes) for Online and BackOffice transactions from 06:00 AM to 08:00 AM UTC. Our operations team will diligently monitor service performance throughout this maintenance window.
