Outseer will be performing planned maintenance in our EU Region datacenters between 02:00 UTC and 06:00 UTC on Saturday, April 1st.
During this time, our teams will be deploying additional disk resources and capacity into the datacenters in our EU Region. Customers should expect intermittent times of slower performance and possible transaction timeouts for 5-10% of online transactions. These timeouts may last for approximately 3 – 5 minutes each, and not more than 60 minutes in aggregate during this maintenance window
Our team will be closely monitoring service performance during this period.
