Outseer will be performing scheduled maintenance in our EU Region between 02:00 and 06:00 UTC on Sunday, March 31, 2024, for the deployment of a new version, 14.2.22, of Fraud Manager on Cloud. During this maintenance window, we will also be updating security certificates. Customers may experience intermittent SLA degradation of 5-10% for BackOffice and Online transactions from 03:00 to 05:00 AM UTC.
Our operations team will be closely monitoring service performance during this maintenance window.
