As previously advised, we will be performing Network Infrastructure Changes within Outseer Fraud Manager Cloud. The first of these changes is now being scheduled for the UAT environment. We will be making these changes over the period of 31st July to 10th September. Each customer will be contacted individually by Outseer Customer Support to advise of the specific date and time that the change will occur for their instance of Outseer Fraud Manager Cloud, but it will be within this overall period.
