Investigating

We would like to inform you that our technology partner, Microsoft Azure, has reported a service issue that may potentially impact the UAT environment. Our teams are actively working in close collaboration with Microsoft Azure to mitigate any effects and resolve the issue as swiftly as possible.

We have FMoC deployed across multiple zones on the Microsoft Azure platform hence we expecting minimal / no impact for Online and BackOffice transaction processing for the UAT region until the issue is fully resolved.

Our team is closely monitoring system health, and we will provide further updates within the next two hours.
