Outseer will be performing scheduled maintenance for US Customers in our US Region on Sunday, Dec 4th between 06:00 UTC – 14:00 UTC. During this time, our teams will be performing scheduled internal infrastructure updates and upgrades. Customers may experience service impacts for our online services during the first half of this maintenance period for short durations (2 – 5 minutes) and not more than 30 minutes in total. Customers may also experience intermittent timeouts or service degradation during the second half of this scheduled maintenance period for our Back Office applications only. Our operations team will be closely monitoring service performance during this maintenance window.
